Carriage rides wind their way through the streets and Santa Claus makes his yearly visit to Hawthorn Bank. More than 50 groups participate and fill more than three blocks of entertainment. Enjoy refreshments, listen to carolers, and watch performances to get you in the holiday spirit.

Jefferson City Jaycees Candyland Christmas Parade

Nothing says Christmas like the annual Christmas parade in downtown Jefferson City. This is the 80th year for the parade and we can’t wait to see the Candyland theme come to life. The whole family can enjoy floats decorated with holiday themes and hear local bands playing Christmas carols while collecting candy and waving on the parade! The parade runs through the heart of downtown on High Street and back down Capitol Avenue.
