At Love2Nourish Laurel prepares fresh, homemade meals each week for you and your family. They are all about feeding you good food and helping you meet your goals - both fitness and dietary. Laurel and her team know that everyone leads a busy life. They want each person to reach their nutrition goals with the healthy, delicious, and fresh meals.
Each week a new menu is prepared and clients can go online to order the dishes and quantities for either themselves or their entire family. Every Sunday Laurel and her team are at the store from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm to greet you while you pick up your food for the week. If you don't have time to pick it up, no worries. They deliver!
If you need a kick-start or simply want to get in lots of fruits and vegetables during the day, Cori at MO Juice has what you are looking for! Organic, cold-pressed fruit and vegetable mixed juices are an excellent way to increase your dose of natural nutrients. Their mission is to "support Missouri's diverse farmers and artisan food producers by providing a high-quality outlet for consumers." By providing central Missouri residents with local produce right from their own back yard, they are able to support these farmers and provide us with great food to use in our cooking.
Not only can you go into the Root Cellar and buy groceries just like you would at any other store, you can also order a food box subscription. Each week you will pick up a box with local, seasonal items. There are three different subscription choices. You can purchase the Bounty Box, Barnyard Box, or Ploughman's Box.
